Back to Mortgages again

Decided I had more to say about mortgages. I did not go into the Loan Applications. There is a lot to understand when filling out a loan application. I have put together a Loan Application Checklist on my website to help you with the mortgage process. When looking for a mortgage it is easy to just go online and push a button. But who is the lender? Is he real or just smoke and mirrors?  The  Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has a great brochure to help weed out lenders and the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) has a government’s lender licensing database.
